About this tool
See every page as a picture, then drag them into the order you want. Turn a sideways page upright, delete pages you do not need, or add blank pages where you need space.
Each page has small arrow buttons too, so it works on a phone as well as with a mouse. Your original file is not changed, and nothing is uploaded.
- Drag and drop reordering
- Rotate, delete, add blank pages
- Reverse the whole order in one click
- Nothing is uploaded
Frequently asked questions
How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?
Open the PDF, drag a page to a new spot (or use the arrow buttons), then click Save organized PDF.
Can I add a blank page?
Yes. Use the add-page button under a page to insert a blank page after it.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Drag-and-drop is awkward on small screens, so every page also has arrow buttons to move it earlier or later.
Can I reverse the order of all pages?
Yes, click "Reverse order" above the pages.
